Nature: siliceous (mono and polycrystalline quartz), illitic-muscovite.
Granulometry: from fine-grained (size range 0. 1 - 0.25 mm) to
very fine-grained (size range 0.05 -0.01 mm)
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ROCK
External: slight cleavage is present with oxides (dark in the section
examined).
Conclusions:
the rock observed is a grey shale, with cleavage and fine-grained aggregate.
