The I-300 is a natural extension of the I-100, which is now being developed for impedance measurements of nanostrucutured materials. I-300 has all capabilities of I-100 but with the extension of frequency range from 3 MHz to 32 MHz.
I-300 is an addition to the family of IRB instruments I series of impedance analysers, which allow you to select just the model to suit your particular application.
