Concerted Actions: Measures implemented under the RTD Framework Programmes to coordinate RTD projects already in receipt of funding (e.g. to exchange experiences, to reach a critical mass, to disseminate results etc.).    Due to relatively limited funds concerted actions are mostly dedicated to the mobility of persons included in the action. Concerted Actions will normally involve at least 3 EU and 3 DC partners.
